The project was to design CRM series for Google Assistant. The task was understanding who target users are in order to customize emails with both verbal and visual languages and coming up with strategies to attract different target groups. Worked with the creative director and the copywriter to design and execute informational, aspirational, and promotional emails based on different users and occasions.
